Registration of sport-utility vehicles (SUV) in the hard/soft category witnessed a drastic fall in January to June of 2020 compared to the same period of the last year, according to official reports.
The SUVs registration stood at 1,943 in the first six months of the current calendar year while 2,671 sport-utility vehicles were registered in January to June of 2019, as per statistics provided by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
A total of 5,630 SUVs was registered in 2019 while the number was 5,555 in 2018, it disclosed.
