The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) is set to include 16 more facilities into its One Stop Service (OSS) portal to provide online services to domestic and foreign investors.
Bida is now providing 21 services through an integrated OSS facility. Earlier a target has been set to provide 154 services from 35 agencies through its one-stop service activities with a view to improving ease of doing business in the country.
BIDA Executive Chairman Md Sirazul Islam, came up with the information on Tuesday while talking to the reporters at a meet the press programme on the occasion of its 4th anniversary.
BIDA Executive Chairman presided over the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Islam said “Bida has been working towards this goal since its inception. The main task of Bida is to facilitate domestic and foreign investors to build a better Bangladesh by providing fast quality international investment services, maximum investment-friendly environment and investment”.
