Tentulia records season's lowest temperature at 6.2˚C

Tentulia, the last border town in Bangladesh’s north, on Wednesday morning recorded this year’s lowest temperature of 6.2 degrees Celsius causing untold sufferings to the common people.

The northernmost sub-Himalayan town of Tentulia in Panchagarh district is no stranger to extreme cold, reports UNB.

On January 8 last year, mercury fell to 2.6C in Tentulia, the lowest-ever recorded temperature in Bangladesh’s history.
