The Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit arrested three suspected members of banned militant group ‘Allahr Dal’ from Begunbari in South Keraniganj on Wednesday night.
The arrestees were identified as Aminul Islam alias Setu, Abdullah Al Hasnat alias Kollol and Fazle Karim alias Shohagh, reports UNB.
A CTTC team raided the area acting on a tip-off and arrested them, sad SM Hasanul Zahid, superintendent of police (intelligence branch) of CTTC unit.
Radical books and documents were also recovered from their possession.
