Another member of Bangladesh Police died from coronavirus on around on Tuesday.
With the latest, a total of 10 policemen died after contracting the virus in the country.
The deceased was identified as Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, a police constable, who was performing his duties at Chattogram court police under Chattogram District Police and hailed from Tamta village under Shahrasti upazila in Chandpur district.
The deceased police constable left behind his wife, three daughters and a son, as well as many relatives and well-wishers.
Benazir Ahmed, Inspector General of Police (IGP), has expressed deep his shock at the death of the police constable.
