Two more people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Borura and Titash upazila of Cumilla district on Wednesday, raising the total number of such cases to 18, reports UNB.
Confirming the matter, deputy civil surgeon Doctor Shahadat Hossain said that total 228 samples were collected. So far they received reports of 146 samples.
Among them, one patient also died, he said.
The number of total home quarantined people in the district is 4,339. Among them, 3,323 people were released after end of their 14-day quarantine.
