BRAC Artificial Insemination Enterprise organised countrywide Mobile Health Camp and Mobile Veterinary Clinic services for livestock all around Bangladesh.
To this end, an inauguration ceremony was held at The Department of Live Stock Services on Tuesday, according to a press release.
Director General of Directorate of Livestock Services Dr. Hiresh Ranjan Bhowmick inaugurated the campaign as chief guest.
AGM of BRAC AI Enterprise Dr. Farukul Islam presided the ceremony.
Dr. Hiresh said, BRAC plays a vital role to develop the livestock services in the country.
“BRAC AI ensures that free medical services will reach to the farmers through this campaign, which will play a vital role to increase gross country meat and milk production”, he added.
BRAC Artificial Insemination Enterprise will operate a countrywide four-month long campaign which includes 96 Health Camp, 120 Mobile Veterinary Clinic and 20 Progeny Show.
Director Dr. Aynul Huq, Director Dr. Abdul Jabbar Shikder, Director Md. Mahabubur Rahman, Director of Directorate of Live Stock Services Dr. Shaikh Azizur Rahman and Brand Manager of BRAC Enterprise Razwanul Islam was also present on the occasion.
