Different lower courts in virtual hearing across the country granted bail to 3,447 people on Sunday.
The matter was confirmed by Md Saifur Rahman, special officer of High Court Division.
The courts also settled 4,664 cases in those virtual hearing across the country.
Earlier in a statement, the Supreme Court suspended the operation of all court to contain the spread of coronavirus since March 26.
However, the court proceedings through videoconference began on May 11 after President Abdul Hamid promulgated an ordinance on May 10 which allows all courts to conduct trial proceedings through videoconference and other digital means.
