Role: Assistant Manager – Operation and Maintenance (Utilities)
Job Responsibilities:
- Being an active member of the Factory team, he/she should implement an effective operation and maintenance program in line with the technology direction for the Utility plant.
- Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets under the Utility plant as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.
- Ensure effective operation of all assets under the Utility plant to run efficiently with optimum output.
- Organize, enable and support technicians, operators, maintenance personnel, and other teammates in achieving the goals of the unit.

Job Requirements:
- B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE) from reputed Public/Private University with a minimum CGPA 3.00.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Factory Operations/relevant field.
