Job Title: In Charge Branch Operations

Job Responsibilities:
- To approve all kinds of bills/reimbursement claims (tour bill, depot expense bill, lunch bill, rent cars, utility, delivery expense, casual payments, overtime, etc.) and ensure faster disbursement through the finance department complying with applicable company policies.
- To ensure security, maintain HSE guidelines, and ensure a healthy environment at the workplace.
- To manage promotional gift items in accordance with applicable SOP.
- To update all licenses (Trade, DIFE, Fire, etc.) and keep liaison with relevant government agencies.
- To ensure all utility bills (electricity, water, gas, TnT) and rent (warehouse, office experience zone) are paid in time.
- To maintain, check & monitor attendance, leave, and overtime.
- To update relevant registers in connection with Labour Law, DIFE, and other government bodies.
- To manage canteen (where applicable) and office stationery as per SOP.
- To execute all the depot maintenance activities as per SOP.
- To manage adequate numbers of daily casual workers.
- To safeguard the company’s assets and communicate with the FPM department regarding the addition/disposal of any asset.
- To facilitate and maintain pool cars.

- Bachelors from any well reputed University.
