Role: Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Assist and lead the Client Service team, and train them from time to time.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the advisors' team.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum Graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience are required.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Client Relationship Management, Sales Training Facilitation, Training and Development.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes.
