US Embassy to remain closed on Jun 13, 17

The United States Embassy in Dhaka including its consular section and the American Center will remain closed on Wednesday (June 13) and Sunday (June 17) in observance of Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr respectively.
Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr are national holidays in Bangladesh.
However, emergency services for American citizens will continue to be available, news agency UNB reported citing a press release on Monday.
