Two motorcyclists die in Magura road crash

Two motorcyclists were killed in front of a refuelling station in Magura district town on Jhenidah-Magura road on Friday night.

The deceased were identified as Hasanuzzaman and his nephew Rashedul Islam of Chutlia village in Sadar upazila, reports UNB.

Saidur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Magura Police Station, said a truck hit the motorcycle head-on, killing Hasanuzzaman on the spot.

Locals took Rashedul to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead, the OC added.

Police seized the truck and filed a case.
