Two die in Brahmanbaria road crash

Two people were killed and as many injured as a pick-up van and a covered van collided head-on on Dhaka-Sylhet highway at Boishamura under Sarail upazila in Brahmanbaria on Monday morning.
The deceased were identified as the pick-up van’s driver Siraj Miah, 42, and helper Lokman Hossain, 38, hailing from Bijaynagar upazila, UNB reported.
Khatihata Highway Police’s Officer-in-Charge Hossain Sarker confirmed the accident, adding that the accident took place at around 9:00 am.
