Surcharge on double-car ownership

A surcharge has been proposed to levy on people with two motor cars or house property with an aggregate area of 8,000 square feet in a city corporation.
He said this while placing the proposed budget before the parliament today.
At present, wealthy individuals in the country pay a surcharge based on their disclosed net wealth. This provision of surcharge has been in effect for last few years.
