RI Chowdhury's death anniversary today

Today is 12th death anniversary of ex VC of Chattogram University Dr Rafiqul Islam Chowdhury (RI Chowdhury), says a press release.
His family has arranged recitation from the Quran and doa for the departed soul.
Educationist and poitical scientist RI Chowdhury died on October 13, 2008 at a hospital in the port city.
