IU ICE department gets new chairman

Associate Professor of Islamic University (IU) M Ashek Raihan Mahmud has been made chairman of the Information and Communication Engineering (ICE) department of the IU in Kushtia.
He replaced Associate Professor M Shariful Islam of the department, said SM Abdul Latif, acting registrar of the university, on Tuesday.
He said that IU Vice-chancellor Prof M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari appointed Ashek Raihan to the post for the next three years, reports UNB.
