Industrial park in Mirsarai economic zone soon

Apparel makers will establish a dedicated industrial park in the Mirsarai economic zone to help the sector sustain its growth at a desired level.

To this effect, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) and Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) at a ceremony, held at a city hotel on Wednesday.

The BEZA Executive Chairman Paban Chowdhury and the BGMEA president Md Siddiqur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
