Hong Kong shares slip on financial and property shares

Hong Kong shares slipped on Friday, led by the financial and property shares, after steep falls overnight in Wall Street.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index was down more than 3.0 per cent by midday, with the sub-index tracking mainland Chinese companies was off around 4.0 per cent, reports Reuters.
All sectors fell on Hong Kong bourses.
