50 Ahmadiyya, 29 Hindus injured in seven months: ASK

At least 79 people were injured in religion-related violence in first seven months of the current calendar year across the country, according to a local independent rights and legal aid body.

Among the injured, 50 people belong to Ahmadiyya and 29 to Hindu minority group, according to a data of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK).

Apart from this, 30 temples/ monasteries or statues were destroyed and 18 homes of the religious minorities were attacked, the ASK data showed.
