Afghan bomb blast kills one, wounds three

A bomb blast has rocked Jalalabad city, the capital of Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province on Tuesday killing at least one civilian, a local official said.
The explosion has left three people injured, reports Xinhua citing the official.
